Loud noise from the main road disrupting sleep!!! Plastic shower curtain and unpleasant drain smell in the room!!! Very limited WiFi access for those needing reliable internet!!!

Unfortunately, the absence of air conditioning made the room uncomfortably hot. I had to rely on a fan, which wasn't enough for the summer heat, and I couldn't open the windows due to mosquitoes. Staff communication proved challenging. They struggled with English. Cleanliness was another concern. The bathroom needed better upkeep. Noise from the street and nearby nightclubs disrupted my sleep. Would have preferred a bit more attention to detail for the price.

The location is super convenient, close to the train station. We loved exploring the Quay of the United States and the Port of Nice, both are must-visit. The 24/7 reception was a big help, and luggage storage is available at a reasonable price.
We did have a bit of an issue with the Wi-Fi connection , tough to stay connected.

Definitely stay here again
The location is great, right outside the train station. The staff was friendly and even helped me with directions to some amazing local spots.
It wasn't extravagant but still acceptable.
